The Toombs County Development Authority Members/Officers for 2010 are Chair - Pollyann Martin, Vice-Chair - B.J. Davis, Secretary - Wayne Smith, Assistant Secretary - Wendell Dixon, Treasurer - Chip Matheson, Assistant Treasurer - Al Darley, Member - Michael Grimes and Executive Director - Bill Mitchell.

Two new members were recently appointed to the Authority by the Board of Commissioners of Toombs County.  Michael Grimes of Thriftway Food Store was named to represent the City of Lyons seat that was vacated by retiring member John Robison.  Wendell Dixon of Darby Bank & Trust was named to represent the City of Vidalia seat being vacated by retiring member Sam Polk.  The Toombs County Development Authority would like to extend its best wishes and heartfelt thanks to John Robison and Sam Polk in appreciation for their dedicated service as members of the Authority from 2005 until 2009.
